These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Perspective1 website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable policies related to communications, including SMS and text messaging. Changes take effect immediately when posted; continued use of the site indicates acceptance.
You agree not to use the site for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity, harass others, or copy site content without authorization. Perspective1 may suspend or block access for violations.
Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing by Perspective1.
Service is subject to availability, access, permitting, weather, and safety conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information, approvals, and site access necessary to perform services.
You agree to pay all amounts shown on approved quotes or invoices. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Deposit requirements, if any, will be disclosed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
These terms apply if you opt in to text communications from Perspective1.
Phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You may receive messages about appointment reminders, follow-ups, billing inquiries, scheduling, and service or account updates. Example: "Hi, this is Perspective1. We are following up on your recent service request on work order #3500XXX. Please reply to this message or call us if you have any questions. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Perspective1."
You may receive up to six (6) messages per week related to scheduling, appointments, or billing.
Standard carrier message and data rates may apply and vary for domestic versus international messaging.
You opt in by submitting an online form agreeing to text messages or by initiating SMS contact. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us to request removal from our messaging list.

Perspective1 may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
